This Privacy Policy describes how YummyCrash ("we", "our", or "us") handles information when you use our mobile game application.
1. Summary
YummyCrash does not collect personal information directly. All your game progress (level scores, stars, coins, lives, settings) is stored on your device and never uploaded to our servers — we don't have servers.
The app shows optional rewarded video ads provided by Google AdMob, but only when you tap the lives or coins counter on the home screen and confirm that you want to watch one in exchange for an in-game reward. Google AdMob may collect limited information to serve and measure those ads. Details are in sections 3 and 4.
2. Information stored on your device
- Game progress data (level scores, stars, coins, lives, daily reward streak, settings preferences) is stored only on your device using local storage.
- We do not collect your name, email, location, contacts, photos, or any other personally identifiable information.
- The app does not contain analytics or crash-reporting SDKs.
3. App Tracking Transparency (iOS)
On iOS 14.5 and later, the first time you launch YummyCrash we ask whether you want to allow the app to use your device's advertising identifier (IDFA) to show more relevant ads.
- If you allow it: Google AdMob may use your IDFA to deliver more relevant rewarded ads. This is the only data we use for personalisation.
- If you do not allow it: ads are still shown when you tap a counter and confirm, but they are non-personalised — generic ads delivered without your advertising identifier.
You can change this decision at any time in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
4. Advertising (Google AdMob)
YummyCrash uses Google AdMob to show optional rewarded video advertisements. You only see an ad if you tap the lives or coins counter at the top of the home screen and confirm "Watch ad" in the popup. Ads are never shown without your explicit action.
When you watch an ad, Google AdMob may collect:
- Device advertising identifier (IDFA on iOS / AAID on Android), only if you allowed App Tracking Transparency on iOS, or have not opted out of personalised ads on Android.
- Approximate location derived from IP address.
- Generic device information (operating system, language, app version, ad SDK version).
- Ad interaction data (whether you watched, clicked, or skipped the ad).
Ads are capped at Teen-rated (T) content — Google AdMob will not serve mature, sexual, or extremely violent ads in YummyCrash.
Data collected by AdMob is processed by Google in accordance with the Google Privacy Policy.
You can limit ad tracking at any time:
- iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking → toggle off for YummyCrash. Or Settings → Privacy & Security → Apple Advertising → toggle "Personalized Ads" off.
- Android: Settings → Google → Ads → "Opt out of Ads Personalization" or "Delete advertising ID".
5. How we use information
Local game data is used solely to save your progress on your device so that you can continue playing where you left off. We do not access this data ourselves; it never leaves your device.
Ad-related information is processed by Google AdMob to deliver and measure rewarded ads. We receive aggregated revenue reports from Google, but no individual user information.
6. Third-party services
The only third-party service integrated into the app is Google AdMob (see section 4). Beyond that, no data is shared with any third party.
Apple and Google apply their standard platform usage statistics when you download or update the app from the App Store or Google Play. We do not control or have access to this data.
7. Children's privacy
YummyCrash is intended for users aged 12 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information through our app, please contact us so we can address it.
8. Your choices
- You can choose not to watch ads — ads are only triggered by your explicit confirmation.
- You can refuse or revoke ATT permission at any time (see section 3).
- You can reset all local game data at any time from Settings → Reset Progress.
- Uninstalling the app permanently removes all locally stored data.
- There is no account to delete because we do not maintain user accounts.
9. Security
Because game data is stored only on your device, its security depends on your device's protections. We never transmit personal information to our servers — there are no servers.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version is always available inside the app under Settings → Privacy Policy, and on this page. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date at the top.
